Important Pool and Hot Tub Information:
For safety reasons, no diving or glass in or around the pool area. All guests using the pool and hot tub do so at their own risk.
BBQ Grill Cleaning Fee:
If you’d like to use the BBQ grill for your cookouts, there will be an additional $25 cleaning fee, which will be billed at the end of your stay. Let us know if you plan to use it so we can accommodate!

Home truths
Trash bins are located by the garage. Extra trash bags are located under the kitchen sinks.
Pool and hot tub service is scheduled on Wednesdays. Our service provider will need access to the backyard for approximately 30 mins, typically between 10am-1pm.
If you have a pet with you, please be aware they may enter the backyard during this time. For your pet's safety, we recommend keeping them securely indoors while service is being completed.

Additional rulesOnly dogs under 25lbs allowed. Maximum 2 dogs per stay. NO CATS or other domesticated animals. All dogs must be fully potty trained, and ALL PET WASTE should be disposed of in the trash bins by the garage. Additional fees will apply if pet waste is not picked up.
$75 is a nonrefundable pet fee which covers additional cleaning necessary for pet hair removal. Any stains or damage done to the property will be billed on an as needed basis.
No one outside of the guest list should enter the property without prior approval.
